Adjusting nut

INTRODUCTION

This document describes the functionality of the part and the basic dimensions. Useful data (unit conversion) and complete manufacturing drawings also included in appendix.

MAIN SECTION

 Almost all of us have faced the problem of turning a threaded part to adjust or clamp another (spindle-nut), and not achieve the appropriate result because of the selected pitch, and the start of thread helix at both parts. The adjustable nut has locking positions at equally angle spaces on its periphery.
