Quick release clamp, cam actuated

The cam is a helical groove, machined on the same shaft that clamps the work piece’s feature. A dowel pin suited on the fixture’s body drives the shaft through the cam; force it to moves towards the work piece. When we want to release the work we unclamp it and just draw it back (quick return) in order to remove the work.
