Quick release, cam actuated knob

The cam is a helical groove, machined on a shaft. A dowel pin suited on the knurled knob’s body drives the knob through the cam; force it to moves towards the work piece. When we want to release the work we unclamp it and just draw it back (quick return) in order to remove the work.
