Toe clamp, cam actuated

A strong compression spring constantly forces the toe away from the workpiece. When we rotate the handle downwards, the cam surface pulls the toe down and clamps the workpiece. If we rotate the handle upwards, the toe releases the workpiece. We can rotate the handle horizontally to rotate the toe accordingly but the rotation angle depends on freely space around the clamp.
