pusher clamp, lever type

INTRODUCTION
This document describes the functionality of the fixture, and the basic dimensions.  Useful data (unit conversion), materials and complete manufacturing drawings also included in appendix.

MAIN SECTION
The lever type pusher clamp has one end shaped with jaws. At the other end of the lever a square head bolt (with collar and half dog point with round end) is screwed and applies a force, which turns the lever against the work piece. The lever distance is larger (or equal) at the screw side of the part. The jaws on the lever are inclined (about 1°) by means of better alignment with the work piece. The mounting base can be weld or screw down. This pusher clamp is best for small sizes; at larger sizes other power sources and techniques are preferable.
