External swing-rotating clamp, cam actuated

The fast lock chuck is a very simple in manufacturing and operation. Although this kind of tool clamping is obsolete, it remains a useful tool for custom solutions in general manufacturing operations. The chuck’s drawings are a useful reference, and a good resource data for workshop solutions.

Internal collet mandrel

Internal collet mandrel is a useful fixture for clamping parts from cylindrical holes. It is a hand actuated screw double collet-expander type of mandrel. Due to internal clamping and driving through center holes is useful to many machining processes.

Positioners locate workpieces. The internal positioner described in this document locates the workpiece approximately from an internal recess. A centering vice jaw is further positioning the workpiece more accurately.
