Parallel brake (centering)

This brake mechanism was designed to block the relative movement between three parallel plates of an x-y table. It’s actuated by means of a wire rope turning around the toggle link lever. The brake is secure by means of an across flats feature and bolts on the middle plate. Its small size and compactness makes it ideal where there is lack of space.

Vacuum pick-up nozzle
|
Vacuum actuated pick-up nozzles are used in high- speed assembly machines. Theses nozzles operate using atmospheric pressure for clamping and transporting light parts for assembling purposes. The nozzle unit described in this document cooperates with an Epson SCARA robot (model EC351S). This unit permits the nozzle to move only in one axis (for better work clamping and unclamping).
